ARAMUS is a multi-disciplinary technical service company, positioning itself as a global technical partner of its clients. We have a team of qualified engineers and technicians with excellent overall understanding and knowledge of the various areas of activity involved with Facilities Maintenance & Technical Facilities Management. Concentrating solely on the business market, ARAMUS has four main activities, namely: 1. Full maintenance services and the management, operating and technical running of installations, systems and equipment, in outsourcing arrangements - Facilities Maintenance & Technical Facilities Management; 2. Energy management, including energy efficiency audits and assessments, implementation of energy consumption reduction measures, and renewable energy applications, particularly solar energy; 3. Remodelling and improvement services for spaces, installations, systems and equipment, offering clients a complete, multi-disciplinary and integrated service; 4. Executing special technical installations on a turn-key basis, covering the following areas: electricity, electro-mechanics, mechanics, hydro-mechanics, heating, ventilations and air conditioning, refrigeration/cooling, safety and fire systems, communications, water, drainage and gas networks, and centralised technical management. Full maintenance services are undertaken on an outsourcing basis, following the most demanding international standards – AFNOR NF X60-010 – and, on a generic basis, they cover the following aspects: a) Systematic preventive or scheduled, conditioned and predictive maintenance, implemented through an annual maintenance plan; b) Corrective and repair maintenance, supported by a call-out team available 24 hours/day, 365 days/year, with contractually agreed response times; c) Front line maintenance, running and technical operations of installations, equipment and systems; d) Technical assistance for equipment and systems. In the specific area of hydro-mechanics, ARAMUS also has construction and maintenance skills, and can offer its clients turn-key solutions for potable water and waste water pumping stations, as well as services covering all electrical and electro-mechanical aspects of potable water and waste water treatment plants.
